L’assainissement collectif<\/h2>\n

Les eaux us\u00e9es (eaux des WC, cuisine, salle de bain, buanderie\u2026) sont collect\u00e9es et transport\u00e9es pour traitement \u00e0 la station d\u2019\u00e9puration. La station d\u2019\u00e9puration d\u00e9pollue les eaux sales pour contribuer \u00e0 restituer l\u2019eau propre \u00e0 son milieu naturel.<\/p>\n

La commune de Hasparren poss\u00e8de 3 stations d\u2019\u00e9puration qui traitent chaque ann\u00e9e 351000 m\u00b3 d’eau pour 38.870 km de r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n

La station de Minhotz<\/h3>\n

Cette station re\u00e7oit les eaux us\u00e9es du secteur bourg et des lotissements limitrophes du bourg qui transitent d’abord par le bassin tampon situ\u00e9 au quartier Hasquette.
\nAu total 32.642 km de r\u00e9seau transportent les eaux us\u00e9es \u00e0 la station d’\u00e9puration dont la capacit\u00e9 est de 8000 Equivalent habitant.<\/p>\n

La station de Pilota Plaza<\/h3>\n

3.077 km de r\u00e9seau collecte les eaux us\u00e9es de ce quartier et les envoient \u00e0 la station d\u2019\u00e9puration d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 400 Equivalents habitant.<\/p>\n

La station d\u2019Urcuray<\/h3>\n

R\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2007, elle est en marche depuis d\u00e9but avril 2007. Sa capacit\u00e9 est de 350 \u00e9quivalent habitant. 3,151 km de r\u00e9seau transportent les eaux us\u00e9es \u00e0 la station.<\/p>\n

Relations avec l\u2019abonn\u00e9<\/h3>\n

L\u2019ensemble des d\u00e9penses engag\u00e9es par la R\u00e9gie pour collecter et \u00e9purer les aux us\u00e9es est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 par le produit d\u2019une redevance pour service rendu \u00e0 l\u2019usager et applicable au volume d\u2019eau consomm\u00e9e, dont le montant de base (part fixe et part au m3) est fix\u00e9 par d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du Conseil Municipale. Si vous \u00eates au tout \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gout, cette redevance appara\u00eet sur votre facture d\u2019eau. Si vous avez besoin d\u2019un nouveau branchement en assainissement ou si vous voulez contr\u00f4lez votre branchement (installation neuve ou existante), vous pouvez remplir la fiche \u00ab demande de travaux \u00bb imprimable sur le site et venir \u00e0 la r\u00e9gie de l\u2019eau enregistrer votre demande.<\/p>\n

L’assainissement non collectif<\/h2>\n

Par assainissement non collectif on d\u00e9signe tout syst\u00e8me d\u2019assainissement effectuant la collecte, le pr\u00e9traitement, l\u2019\u00e9puration, l\u2019infiltration et le rejet des eaux us\u00e9es domestiques non raccord\u00e9es au r\u00e9seau public d\u2019assainissement. Sur le territoire de la commune d\u2019Hasparren on d\u00e9nombre environ 1300 installations d\u2019assainissement autonome.<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur l\u2019eau du 3 janvier 1992, la commune de Hasparren a mis en place le SPANC (Service Public d\u2019Assainissement Non Collectif).<\/p>\n

Relation avec l\u2019usager<\/h3>\n

Lors d\u2019une demande de permis de construire, d\u2019un am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une construction existante ou de la r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019une maison, le p\u00e9titionnaire doit demander l\u2019avis du SPANC sur le syst\u00e8me d\u2019assainissement autonome envisag\u00e9. A cet effet, il compl\u00e8te une demande d\u2019autorisation d\u2019installation d\u2019un dispositif d\u2019assainissement individuel (disponible au service de la r\u00e9gie ou dans la rubriques \u00ab d\u00e9marches administratives \u00bb et la remet au SPANC qui donne alors son avis.<\/p>\n

Une fois l\u2019avis valid\u00e9 par le SPANC, il faudra pr\u00e9venir le service avant le d\u00e9but des travaux d\u2019assainissement afin de proc\u00e9der au contr\u00f4le de bonne ex\u00e9cution des ouvrages : la d\u00e9livrance du certificat de conformit\u00e9 de l\u2019assainissement en d\u00e9pend.<\/p>\n
